Mental Health Yoga offers a training program for professionals in yoga, health, or human resources (HR). Its objective is to acquire concrete tools enabling them to support their patients or audiences on a variety of topics: burnout, depression, toxic relationships & lack of self-confidence, and screen addiction. The method is based on Svadyaya and Samkhya.
Svadyaya, literally “self-study” in Sanskrit, is a virtue of yoga philosophy that invites the systematic observation of one’s thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and deep patterns. “The Integral Psychology of the Chakras” is a modern concept that uses Svadyaya in a structured way. It is an approach of active introspection aimed at developing a clear and objective knowledge of oneself, free from projections, automatisms, and conditioning.
Samkhya is an Indian philosophical system aimed at achieving freedom as well as a deep understanding of nature in general, and of human nature in particular.
Our training program integrates these approaches within a structured support methodology. It is based on a holistic vision linking introspection, body awareness, breathing, and self-observation to processes of lasting inner transformation. The approach is intended to be conscious, respectful, and deeply human, while fitting within a clear ethical framework adapted to professional practice.
Objectives of the training
At the end of this program, participants will be able to:
- Understand the philosophical and practical foundations of Svadyaya in the yogic tradition and its contemporary application
