Christophe

I define myself as an enthusiastic man, deeply committed to freedom. For many years, travel has been an integral part of my life journey. I have cycled thousands of kilometres around the world and encountered countless fascinating people & cultures.
Constantly exploring and rediscovering my personality, both its strengths and weaknesses, has become one of the guiding principles of my life.
However, it wasn’t always that easy, and the beginning of my life was in fact rather difficult and painful. Thanks to Swadyaya (self-study), I was not only able to regain my inner balance and achieve lasting happiness, but develop nearly unshakeable self-confidence. My intention is to pass on these teachings so that they can support others who are also facing such difficult life journeys, suffering from psychological, emotional or other trauma.
Training
I completed all of my training at The Yoga Institute, the oldest internationally recognised yoga school in the world, located in Mumbai, India.
Basic training in hypnotherapy and self-hypnosis
Chakra psychology and yoga-based psychological counselling – levels 1&2, levels 3&4 in cooperation with Swadyaya Pariwar
Intensive training in yoga philosophy according to the Ayush principle (900 hours) with 500 hours of yoga teacher training course included (Yoga Alliance RYT 500)
200 hours yoga teacher training course (Yoga Alliance RYT 200)
Experience
Since 2021, I have been accompanying people in individual Swadyaya (self-study) sessions. People who were facing psychological difficulties, trauma or deep emotional wounds.
During the sessions, people learn about their chakras, hence to better understand their psyche. It helps them to recognize many unconscious patterns that influence their emotional and behavioural experiences.
In order to support this process and self-confidence, I also incorporate targeted teaching of Asanas (Yoga postures) and Pranayamas (breathing techniques), adapted to each situation and each individual.
Alicia

I am a woman full of joy and energy, living a life of harmony and stability alongside Christophe.
But my past was very different, as there was intense and lasting suffering. What saved me was my faith in god. With Christophe I have applied Swadyaya (self-study) and it was a major turning point in my life. Based on life experience, Christophe and I have created methods that provide help to traumatized people.
Experience
I know intimately what it means to feel lost, abandoned, without hope or way out, overwhelmed by doubt and constant self-criticism. I endured nearly thirty years of psychological abuse, as well as about fifteen years of severe physical abuse and deprivation of liberty.
Swadyaya (self-study) profoundly transformed my life. It allowed me to shed light on the mechanisms of manipulation, violence and deception that had kept me in a state of blindness and psychological survival.
Combined with my faith in god, therapeutic support and the assistance of a victim support organisation, this work gave me the resources I needed to gradually free myself from decades of suffering and rebuild a more balanced relationship with myself and the world.
Today, I want to use this experience to help others, supporting them with sensitivity, understanding and respect on their own path to recovery.
