Svadyaya, literally meaning “self-study” in Sanskrit, is a virtue of Yoga philosophy that invites the systematic observation of one’s thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and deep-rooted patterns.
Integral Chakra Psychology is a modern concept that applies Svadyaya in a structured way. It is an active process of introspection aimed at developing clear and objective self-knowledge, free from projections, automatisms, and conditioned responses.
Sāṃkhya, for its part, is a classical Indian philosophical system whose goal is to attain liberation and a profound understanding of nature in general, and of human nature in particular.
Our Svadyaya and Sāṃkhya training program integrates these approaches into a structured methodology of personal and professional support. It is based on a holistic vision that connects introspection, body awareness, breath, and self-observation with sustainable processes of inner transformation.
Purpose of the Training
This training is designed to provide Yoga professionals and mental health practitioners with concrete tools to support individuals or groups in addressing a wide range of themes, such as toxic relationships, addiction-related behaviors, or professional burnout.
The approach is conscious, respectful, and deeply human, while remaining firmly grounded in a clear ethical framework adapted to professional practice.
